Players must obtain a C.Y.O. I.D. Card so that league officials have a record of the birth
date and age of each player. To obtain an I. D. Card the player needs to attend one of the I.D. Nights sponsored by the C.Y.O.
The player must attend with a copy of his birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or passport. The fee is two dollars.
